Legal
This policy explains what personal information The Innovators League collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We do not ask for, collect, or store payment card numbers, government IDs, or bank account details.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share personal information only with infrastructure providers we need to run the service (Supabase for auth, GitHub for hosting, Cloudflare for CDN). Each is bound by its own privacy commitments.
We use local storage and cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences (watchlists, filter settings). We also use privacy-friendly analytics that does not track individuals across sites. You can clear these at any time in your browser, or use the Manage cookies link to revisit your consent choice.
We keep account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove personal data within 30 days, retaining only anonymized aggregate analytics.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time by emailing contact@rationaloptimistsociety.com. Residents of the EEA, UK, and California have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA which we honor.
We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS in transit, authenticated database access, principle of least privilege). No service is perfectly secure — if you believe your account is compromised, contact us immediately.
The service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the site.
