Any watchlists, notes, or other content you submit remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process that content solely to operate the service.
The platform aggregates public information from primary sources (SEC, SAM.gov, USPTO, FAA, NRC, openFDA, ClinicalTrials.gov, NASA, NSF, NIH, DOE, arXiv, RSS feeds, and company press rooms). We do our best to keep records accurate and link to the original source on every data point, but we make no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. Investment decisions are yours alone.
Paid tiers may be offered in the future. Billing terms, cancellation, and refund rules will be disclosed at point of purchase and supersede this section.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROS disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
In no event will ROS be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site.
